About Us

Introduction

LG Engineering Solutions was founded in early 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic by our directors Nizam and Mike.

LG Engineering Solutions aim to provide a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and clients. We pride ourselves on our communication and understanding of your requirements whether they be technical, personal or professional. Our belief is that we share a genuine passion and knowledge for the Engineering and Manufacturing field, that coupled with our vast experience in the recruitment sector differentiates us from others. We operate within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors and cover all areas from:- Supply Chain and Procurement, Manufacturing and Production, Quality, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement and Project Management.

About Nizam

Nizam graduated in 2018 from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 1st in Business Management and Corporate Finance. His sales career started at the tender age of 16, working in various sales environments. After graduating, Nizam decided to pursue a career in recruitment, starting off with temporary and construction recruitment and thereafter transitioning into permanent recruitment within aerospace and engineering. Various promotions later, Nizam decided to found LG Engineering Solutions and has never looked back.

 

In his spare time Nizam frequently visits the gym, plays football and for some weird reason supports Arsenal! He has a strong passion and love for cars, so if you’re looking for a conversation starter with Nizam, there you are!

About Mike

Mike is one of the Director’s at LG Engineering Solutions, and before he started in recruitment has a background in Sales & Account Management. Like most people in recruitment he fell into it, but now wouldn’t swap it for any other career! Mike started in recruitment with a corporate firm and moved onto working in a boutique Engineering & Manufacturing technical recruitment company, this has given Mike a balanced approach to various recruitment techniques.

 

Mike is fueled by his passion to help people, whether that be a candidate just starting out within Engineering or a business looking for an experienced consultant to help guide them through a scale up process. He has an honest perspective and will give you balanced advice depending on what you are looking for.

 

Outside of recruitment Mike has a keen interest in Cooking, Football and Golf, in no particular order! At the weekends you’ll probably find him working on his golf swing, or alternatively working on mastering his next recipe!
